Processing Time

International Shipping

Order Tracking
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery via the courier’s website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at seyhello@seyskyn.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Missing or Empty Parcel Policy
At Seyskyn, every order is thoroughly checked and weighed before dispatch to ensure your parcel is complete and accurate. Our fulfilment team confirms parcel weights at the time of packing, and this is matched against the courier’s records at pick-up.
If you receive a parcel that is empty or missing items, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us Immediately
Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing seyhello@seyskyn.com with your order number, photos of the packaging (including the shipping label), and a description of the issue. -
Courier Investigation Initiated
Seyskyn will lodge a formal investigation with the courier service to determine whether a parcel was tampered with in transit. This includes verifying the recorded weights at collection vs delivery. -
Courier Outcome

If the courier confirms the parcel was damaged or tampered with in transit, they will advise next steps and resolution (e.g. compensation, return, replacement).

If the courier confirms no issue on their end and the parcel weight matches throughout the journey, the matter may be considered a case of theft or loss after delivery.

Police Report Required
If the parcel is confirmed as delivered but appears to have been tampered with or items are missing without courier fault, we will ask you to lodge a police report for stolen goods. A copy of this report will be required for any further resolution from our side.
We take missing or tampered parcels seriously and will support you through the process. However, as a small business, we rely on formal investigations and procedures to validate claims and ensure fair outcomes for all parties involved.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. If you notice an error, reach out to us immediately at seyhello@seyskyn.com. Orders with incorrect shipping details may experience delays or additional fees for re-shipment.
We are not liable for any packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Click & Collect Orders
At seyskyn, our click and collect service allows you to shop online and conveniently pick up your order at a designated location. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS, and you can collect your items from our collection box. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within the specified time frame, it may be cancelled and refunded, minus any handling fees. For any changes, cancellations, or further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
We offer same day click and collect for orders placed before 10.30am.
