Seyskyn Return Policy

At Seyskyn, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take great care in delivering high-quality products, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our return policy below for details on how we handle returns and exchanges.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Fault Reporting: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • Photographic Evidence: To expedite the process, please provide photos of the fault or damage along with your request.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at seyhello@seyskyn.com within 14 days of receiving your product.
  2. Include your order number, details of the fault or damage, and any relevant photos.
  3. Our team will assess your claim and respond with the next steps.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If you prefer a replacement product, we will send it out free of charge once your return claim has been processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For faulty or damaged products, Seyskyn will cover all shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of the item.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not liable for any packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Click & Collect Orders

At seyskyn, our click and collect service allows you to shop online and conveniently pick up your order at a designated location. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS, and you can collect your items from our collection box. Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within the specified time frame, it may be cancelled and refunded, minus any handling fees. For any changes, cancellations, or further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

We offer same day click and collect for orders placed before 10.30am.
